Atlanta, Georgia's Rising Young Rock Band, The Carolyn, Release "Snake vs. Rat" Music Video - Powered By Rock World Premiere

Atlanta alt-rock band, The CarolynThe band has had a busy year with the release of their new album Rhythm of My Own Decay in June followed by a summer tour in the EU, and finishing off this month playing Fest in Florida with tons of great indie and punk rock bands.

The video was recorded in Germany at Haus des Wandels by Sifter Collective while the band was on their European tour this past summer.

The Carolyn is Andrew Patrick (vocals/guitar), Oliver Vuley-Conlon (bass/vocals), and David Mulazzi (drums).

The band released their first EP in 2016 called “Keepsake” and followed up with their first full-length album, “This Will Begin to Make Things Right” in 2019.

Tracks such as “Heavy Eyes” and “News” were placed on Spotify’s “New Punk Tracks” editorial playlists.

The Carolyn supported the release, playing various cities around the southeast and opening up for the Swingin Utters, Brendan Kelly, Vinnie Caruana, and more.

Quote from the band:

Singer/Guitarist Andrew Patrick had this to say about the new video and meaning behind the song for "Snake vs. Rat":

We’ve gotten this question a few times so you’d think I’d have a more solid answer by now. The song is pretty vague but definitely speaks to a friend stabbing you in the back.

In regards to filming, our friend Tobi Van in Chartreux decided to film and edit that night’s set.
