Guilty Party Releases Lead Single "Circling The Truth" From New EP, And It Is Awesome

NorCal punk rockers, Guilty Party, have put out their first single from their upcoming EP "Imposter Syndrome" out yesterday, and I have to say, it blew me away.

The band consists of Angelo Celli (guitar, vocals) from Bracket, Rosie Gonce (drums) from toyGuitar and Rob Hererra (bass) of Long Knives, but this doesn't feel like a side project. It is a fully robust sounding band that I feel fits in with the cream of the crop punk bands already.

I should preface this by saying that I LOVE Bracket. Celli is the guitarist and provides backup vocals for that band. He is also the cousin of Marty Gregori who is the lead singer of Bracket.

So, it is no small wonder that the song "Circling the Truth" has some elements of Bracket mixed with other punk tones that makes me absolutely love the song.

I remember meeting Celli from our Powered By Rock Podcast episode (Season 1, Ep. 2), and hitting it off with him. It was like finding a long lost punk brother that you never knew existed.

He's a good dude who has a penchant for making awesome music.

The band will be releasing the EP via Paper Street Cuts Records later this year, but for now, go follow them on Instagram, Spotify, and wherever else you can and LISTEN to their music!

You will seriously not regret it.
