LAS VEGAS, NV -- On April 1st, 2023 the only fools were those not at Allegiant Stadium. Those that were there were treated with the energetic and mesmerizing entity that is Red Hot Chili Peppers.
The Chili Peppers came to Las Vegas as part of their tour to celebrate the release of TWO albums from last year - Unlimited Love and Return of the Dream Canteen.
They previously visited Vegas last year on August 6th, 2022, which was a pretty packed crowd as well.
The audience of fans on THIS night was greeted with an explosion of light and sound and responded with the simultaneous screams of thousands. With a style all their own, the funky slap bass and blues edged guitar blended and flowed with thundering drums and melodic vocals.
I have seen Red Hot Chili Peppers a few times over the years but it has been quite some time since the last time. Their energy and charisma hasn’t changed. They still enthrall the crowd and entrance everyone with their psychedelic sound.
For decades the Chili Peppers have been filling our ears with a sound like no other. Evolving with the times. They always have a fresh take on their own style of music.
Over their 40+ years of being a rock band, they have become the thread that binds generations through the enjoyment and the experience that is Red Hot Chili Peppers.
