“I didn’t sit down with the intention of writing a big, unified statement,” he admits. “It started as songs I just needed to get out of me. But eventually, they all circled the same messy little galaxy of thoughts—the absurdity of being human right now.”
Mixed and mastered by acclaimed songwriter and producer Frank Turner, A GOOD ONE channels chaos into clarity. Across tracks that wrestle with anxiety, awkward conversations, hangovers, self-doubt, and the constant digital hum of modern life, one thread remains: hope.
The result is Guilhem’s most striking record to date—an album that doesn’t avoid the mess, but embraces it, laughs at it, and finds meaning inside it.
